Newly Renovated Beautiful Modern style home, living room w/fireplace and a sitting area for some reading time. The dining room features a large table with big picture windows for enjoying the view while you dine. There is a nice size deck off the main featuring a gas grill and seating for those outside meals. Nice size kitchen to enjoy! Main level also features a King bedroom and a full bath. Upper Level has 2 bedrooms and a full bath. The lower level is a great space for gathering. It has a bar area, foosball table, air hockey, bedroom and bath, walkout to lower level deck and HOT TUB for more relaxing! Outside features a firepit and play area for the kids. Great place for families to enjoy!!

Nice Property

Overall a good house! It was in a good location and very private. The playground was a bit run down for the kids, but the hot tub was nice and they had fooseball, air hockey, and arcade games too.

This home is beautiful with an ideal location and lots of amenities, especially for families. The game room in the lower level was enjoyed by young and old alike. The Christmas tree and holiday decor, fireplace and hot tub made the stay even more special. The emails/host instructions were so complete that we had no need to contact host during our stay. This was one of the nicer family-friendly VRBO we’ve stayed at. It definitely is a place we’d stay at again if in the Galena area.

Great Place for a Family

Overall, this property exceeded my expectations. You get exactly what is presented in the listing and a lot more! The property was very clean, comfortable, and accommodating a lot of different ages activities. I would recommend to anyone, and I plan to use this place again in the future.

Our family stayed at this house we had 7 adults, a 4 year old and 11 month old. The adults loved using the hot tub and firepit. The adults and the 4 year old loved the game room. It was so nice to have 3 bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed which was so nice to not have to pack kitchen stuff. We loved staying at this property and would definitely stay there again. I am planning a girls trip to this property in the future.

Our stay was amazing! The house was exactly as advertised and more! It was clean and stocked. They even provided the coffee/tea Cups and plenty of firewood. The host responded to every question I had very quickly. We plan on renting this house again!

Winter Escape

The property was in a perfect location! It was spacious, clean and quiet. The drive to any attractions (downtown Galena, the Owners Club, Eagle Ridge Resort) were short. We had 4 adults and 4 children and there was plenty of room for all. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and would definitely go back to this property.

Beautiful location in the Eagle Ridge resort area. Close easy drive to Galena. Easy check in. Easy check out. House was clean with great space to relax. We was on a girls trip and sleeping accommodations was perfect!!! A bathroom on each floor was also very helpful!

Great amenities

Perfect house with lots of amenities. Kids loved the basement with all the games and the playground/outdoor swing was a huge hit. Home is modern and clean, but we did catch a mouse during our stay, which is expected for being in the country.

Spacious home!

Spacious home with lots to do! We enjoyed a friends’ weekend away and this house was great with beautiful views out the many windows! The hot tub was a plus with the cold temps and the basement activities were nice to have. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils as well.

Quiet home surrounded by nature

Beautiful views and a quiet neighborhood to help you fully enjoy the feeling of nature while being in a beautiful home. The only reason this place wasn't a 5 star property is because multiple games in the game room didn't fully work. I wish I could have given this place 4.5 stars.

Perfect location

Being my first time going to Galena, I’m so glad that this home is now the standard of anywhere that I’ll stay. I definitely will book again. The communication between the property manager, and myself was awesome. Close to everything! Its so beautiful here! She was so sweet and accommodating. First time to Galena was a total win. Thank you so much can’t wait to come again!

Place was great! A little disappointed in the small amount of firewood that was there, especially since I asked about it ahead and was told it would be provided. Only about 25 pieces of firewood onsite for our 4 night stay. Had to go find and purchase firewood Lots of weeds next to and around the fire pit area which seemed to make it quite a bit buggy.

Overall the property was nice. Great for families. Only complaint is basement was freezing even with the heat turned on and heated floors being utilized. And it was ladybug central inside……..so if your kids are scared of ladybugs like mine were maybe not a great place for them, even with all the windows and doors closed.

Awesome home

The property and home were great. The home was clean with enough linen for 6 women. We enjoyed the hot tub and firepit. It was great on the promptness on getting firewood for the pit. Of course being in a woody area there will be bugs. They were at a minimum. A nice place and would like to go back again to the same home.
