Fortuna is a modern and bright apartment, well furnished and with
everything you need to spend vacations in Gallipoli a stone's throw from
all services and the sea.
The condominium in which the apartment is located has an elevator.
From the entrance of Casa Fortuna you go to the living area, consisting of a large living room with comfortable double sofa bed, and the kitchen with kitchenette and dining room.
The sleeping area consists of 3 double bedrooms with single beds that can, if necessary, become doubles. To complete the house, there are 2 bathrooms, one of which is complete and one service bathroom with toilet, sink and washing machine.
Air conditioning is present in two of the bedrooms.

Fortuna is located on the fourth floor of an apartment building in the
town center of Gallipoli, in a quiet area just 100 meters from the
Galilei promenade. The nearest bathing lido is just 900 m away. Then
begin the beautiful beaches all the way to Baia Verde.
All
services, clubs and restaurants are at hand and also within walking
distance. The historic center of Gallipoli is just 2 km away. 
 

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
