Very clean, very convenient to the shopping areas and dining but not immediately located within the shopping area, so guests should expect to walk a few blocks.

Great reception from Steve when we arrived! The location is perfect! Close to the train station and Citylink drop off! The rooms were clean, comfy and spacious. Our room was beautiful facing the marina. Galway is an amazing little place with lovely bars and live entertainment! Highly recommend this hotel for your stay!

Close to main city thoroughfare. Close to Aran Island ferry. Staff were pleasant. Lots of issues during first breakfast shift. Broken appliances, not all items ready or on table - inconsistent experience day to day. Highly expensive laundry service.

Short walk to all of the action. Hotel is very nice. Clean and has a restaurant. Had some drinks there. Go to Gino’s for great gelato.

Great Staff/Comfortable Hotel

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Harbor Hotel. The property was clean and the staff were wonderful! I single out Kate at the front desk who provided great guidance and reservations at restaurants. She was delightful.

We loved our stay in this hotel, it was clean and well kept. We had dinner on our first night in the hotel restaurant which was amazing. The live music entertainment whilst having a drink in the bar was good too. It was in walking distance of the main bars and shops. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good enough location for harbor

Staff is helpful... there is a parking lot (paid). Location is on the harbor but you won't necessarily have a harbor view. The hotel rooms feels a touch dated. Bathroom fixtures could use a upgrade. You can walk to the main tourist section of Galway very quickly.
