Holiday Villa for 20 People with pool in Tuscany

The estate consists of an elegant villa with its lovely dependence, recently restored in its original style as an exclusive residence for guests.

The style is elegant and tasteful, but absolute sobre in its elegance.
The villa is white coloured, with grey finishing touches that frame windows and doors, while the dependence is a typical hard stone building .

Villa + Dependence can accommodate together 16+4 guests (by requests additional beds will be provided).
Both are furnished in a very sobre and tasteful way, highly simple and elegant at the same time, respecting the rustic Tuscan style, but putting extreme attention to details, having resort to the most refined handcraft works (lime putty plastered and painted walls, valuable bathrooms and kitchen entirely in Carrara marble, warm floors in Impruneta Terracotta, exclusive terrace in Pienza Travertine, prestigious lacunar ceilings on the ground floor, comfortable wooden-beam ceilings on the first floor...).

A special care has been taken to provide the villa with all modern comforts: satellite Tv, telephone, independent heating, a laundry room, dish-washer, two refrigerators, one deep freeze and an ice-machine. Bed/bath/table linen are provided, except for swimming-pool towels. At guests' disposal garden furniture, as tables, chairs, sunshades, deck-chairs for the terrace, loggia and swimming pool.

===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
Villa (600 sqm. - 4+2 guests): The ground floor consists of a big open gallery (loggia), an entrance, a very spacious living room and a large dining room both with fire-place, bathroom for guests, a 10X6,50 sqm kitchen, all in light grey solid marble, with fire-place and a store-room.

The first floor is provided with two double bedrooms with bathrooms in solid statuary marble (with gilt cocks) in addition to a roomy study (changeable into an additional bedroom) and a terrace in Pienza travertine with external gutter.

The second floor, apart from a small bedroom for children, is kept as a mansard.

The kitchen is equipped with 6 burners-gas stove, fireplace, two refrigerators, one deep freeze, an ice machine, cooking utensils, pots, dishes.

Dependance (400sqm - 12+2 guests):
Ground floor - living room + sofa bed, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, external laundry.

First floor, one double bedroom for guests with bathroom, and other 4 bedrooms (three double bedrooms and one small bedroom with a bunk bed) with 2 bathrooms in common. reservation on request

The following might be to be paid extra: Air conditioning, Bed Linen and Towels (additional set), Extra Bed, Extra Cleaning, Final Cleaning, Heating, Pets, Refundable Security Deposit in cash, Tourist tax.
