Beautiful home in Gargnano (BS)

Just 500m from the lake and the centre of Gargnano is this lovely independent holiday home with a large terrace overlooking the lake. It is located within a residence with many other independent holiday homes, is only accessible on foot via an internal road, the car park is 100m away. Your holiday accommodation is spread over two floors (ground floor and basement). Through a gate in the private garden and a staircase you can reach the lake, the beaches and the historic centre of Gargnano (150 m) in 5 minutes. The stairs to the lake and the small path from the car park are not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The garden of the holiday home has a completely private area, which is separated by a small gate, as well as a shared area with another house. On the ground floor: Bright living room with dining room/kitchen, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with shower. On the lower floor: small living room with sofa bed and bathroom with shower. Large outdoor area with panoramic views of the typical vegetation and the lake. The location is ideal for visiting Gargnano (historic centre, lake promenade) or Toscolano Maderno (4.9 km) with its panoramic paths. The picturesque villages on the lake can also be reached by boat (500 m). There are several options for sports enthusiasts: Canoeing, sailing, windsurfing, fishing, diving, tennis (at 100 m ), trekking, mountain biking, horse riding. Nearby there are nature parks and water parks - fun for young and old. Art lovers can visit the Vittoriale in Gardone Riviera and the new museum of Salò (MU.SA.).

Nicht beeindruckt - funktional, aber nicht gemütlich und beschwerlich zu erreichen

Gargnano ist wirklich der schönste Ort am Gardasee, aber diese Unterkunft ist ihr Geld zu 100% nicht wert. Die Einrichtung ist funktional, aber weder sehr durchdacht noch schön oder bequem. Leicht muffiger Geruch im ganzen Haus. Einziger Pluspunkt: der Ausblick von der Terrasse! Das 3. Schlafzimmer in der unteren Etage bietet nur ein dreckiges, unbequemes Schlafsofa, die Duschen mit Duschvorhängen sind eng und im Anschluss ist das Bad komplett nass. EIN riesiger Schlüsselbund mit diversen Torschlüsseln ist nicht sehr praktisch für eine Gruppe von 6. Haus ist für nicht 100% mobile Menschen oder kleine Kinder sehr schlecht erreichbar - vom Auto zum Haus sind u.a. Treppen zu bewältigen, der Weg in Richtung See und Ort erfordert ca. 100 Treppenstufen, nachts unbeleuchtet..Schade, wir hatten uns wirklich mehr versprochen!
