Das Haus war sehr schön und gemütlich. Die Küche etwas klein für 6 Personen, aber in Ordnung. Leider waren beim Bezug keinerlei Grundausstattungen in der Küche (Gewürze, Salz, Zucker, Öl, Spülmittel,...) vorhanden, was in der Regel in kleinen Mengen gegeben ist.Dafür war der Pool super und das Poolhaus eine perfekte Ausweichmöglichkeit für abends. Auch die Lage außerhalb war perfekt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Die Bilder in der Anzeige sind schlechter als das Anwesen tatsächlich ist. Wir waren positiv überrascht. Leider gibt es Klimaanlage nur im Poolhaus und im Haupthaus nicht.

Ein Unikat der Toscana

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Laura empfangen. Sie war auch immer unser Ansprechpartner ,Dank Google Übersetzer, wenn es um Fragen ging. Das Grundstück liegt wie beschrieben außerhalb und inmitten von Feldern und Olivenhainen. Das Haus ist ein Unikat der Toscana. Es gab in der Küche alles was man brauchte.Das Einzige das uns fehlte war die Klimaanlage im Hauptgebäude. Wir hatten Ende Juni/ Anfang July einige Tage sehr hohe Temperaturen und das Haus heizte sich stark auf. Wir hielten uns dann im Poolhaus mit Klimaanlage, oder im tollen, sehr sauberen Pool auf. Es ist mit dem Auto ca 1/2 Std bis zum Meer und es gibt auch Hundestrände hier. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch in der Nähe.Kenya liebte das große eingezäunte Grundstück und freute sich jeden Morgen auf Laura, die auch für den Garten und Pool zuständig war. Ein wunderschönes Fleckchen Erde. Evtl mal über eine mobile Klimaanlage nachdenken???

Sehr ruhige Lage umgeben von Olivenhainen und Feldern. Sehr schöner, gepflegter Garten mit wunderbarem Blick auf die umgebenden Hügel. Die Räume sind liebevoll dekoriert.

Un angolo di paradiso

Per il terzo anno consecutivo siamo tornati in questo angolo di paradiso non lontano dalle spiagge di Follonica e Castiglion della Pescaia. Che dire di nuovo oltre a confermare il giudizio estremamente positivo degli scorsi anni! Quando arriviamo qui avvertiamo una sensazione di piacere e completo rilassamento. Ormai anche se per sole due settimane l'anno sentiamo questa villetta un po' nostra e ci viene naturale averne cura per come è bella e ben ben tenuta. Un ringraziamento particolare a Liliana e Laura.

E' già il secondo anno ch...

E' già il secondo anno che torniamo in questa casa in pietra meravigliosa con piscina privata e dependance che da quest'anno è provvista anche di bagno autonomo. Posso solo confermare il giudizio estremamente positivo rilasciato lo scorso anno aggiungendo un elogio alla cordialità sia della proprietaria che della Sig.ra Laura che si occupa della cura e della manutenzione del giardino e che è sempre molto gentile e disponibile.

"La casa risponde pienamente alla descrizione sull''annuncio, risulta fresca anche nelle giornate molto calde, ll''attrezzatura è completa, molto utile la dependance e la doccia esterna calda vicino alla piscina. Non ci sono disturbi sonori, il contesto è molto bello, noi abbiamo soggiornato nel mese di giugno e la casa era circondata da campi di grano. In meno di 30 minuti è possibile raggiungere il mare di Follonica."

Maison très calme, arborée, et tout est fait afin que vous puissiez débuter votre séjour sans vous précipiter au supermarché (huile, vinaigre, boissons..). Belle piscine et pool house agréable.
