The hotel was lovely and very convenient for walking to the tourist sites. However, when we checked in at 01:00, received our keycards, walked all the way to our room only to find the keycards didn’t work. We had to walk all the way back to reception to get them fixed. If that wasn’t bad enough, the same thing happened the next day. Not exactly great customer service and spoiled an otherwise great time. We booked a treatment at the spa which was outstanding.

Excellent hotel.
Great gym and sauna too.
Staff are a credit to the hotel. Very impressed with them.
Easy walk to train station too for short commute to city centre.

No tea/ coffee or milk replaced during our stay. Had to ask at reception.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Room was comfortable with a nice bed. No biscuits was a shame. No English TV channels at all. Swimming pool quite cold but other spa areas are good.

Excellent location, room clean though a bit small (all you need for a few days) excellent bathroom with walk in shower
