The room was horrible. Smelled like smoke and there was rust in the bathtub and shower head. The screen on the window is broken as if someone can easily break in and the curtains didn’t work properly. I had to use a hair tie to keep the curtains closed so I don’t have peepers watching while we try to sleep. I asked for an iron and a hair dryer. Neither were available as well as any cookware despite the fact that there is a kitchenette. I’ve stayed at other Extended Stays and never has any of these issues which is the reason why I booked it in the first place.

No trash cans in room or bathroom weird

Very average

I booked this hotel because I though I would need pet friendly. The bed was clean and made may be the one positive. The rest was average at best. I did not see any coffee out, and the office was locked when we were leaving. I couldn't even ask if they had it out somewhere.

30-40 minutes before check out time, room key and WiFi stop working, can not extend stay from the front desk, takes atleast 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk, no one answers the site phone number or the room phone calls, takes 2 weeks to get an free exchange of towels, and that’s just a few things

Room was very cold the heat did not work, shower was filthy it had boot prints in it.. there was a crack in the door so cold air was coming in.. cabinets were falling down,also the tv kept shutting off.
