Die Unterkunft entsprach den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Leider war die Küche sehr spartanisch ausgestattet. Da mussten wir uns mit eigenen Utensilien nachhelfen.
Morgens ist es in dem Wohnhaus wahnsinnig laut, weshalb man hier als Frühaufsteher gut aufgehoben ist.
Die Kommunikation mit InterHome war eine Katastrophe! Beim Check In gab man uns einen frühen Check Out Termin, da das Mietaufkommem hoch sei. Doch dann erschien niemand zur Schlüsselübergabe zur vereinbarten Uhrzeit!
Die Telefonate waren allesamt unhöflich und meist auf italienisch, da das Touristbüro kaum Englisch spricht. Man bat uns immer wieder länger zu warten, damit der Schlüssel abgeholt und die Wohnung abgenommen werden könnte und gab uns wilde Zeitangaben, wann jemand da sei. Als wir das letzte Mal anriefen, um mitzuteilen dass wir das Appartement jetzt verlassen müssten um unseren Zug zu bekommen, kam man auf die Idee die Putzkraft mal anzurufen um zu erfahren wann sie da sei. Leider konnten wir nicht so lange warten und haben so noch keine Kaution zurück… Mit Kreditkartenbelastung wäre das ganz sicher kundenfreundlicher!
Von InterHome werde ich so schnell kein weiteres Appartement mieten!
