The three large terraces provide a wonderful view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The main terrace, about 50 sqm, is the ideal place to relax and enjoy outdoor meals, offering a spectacular view of Lake Maggiore and the mountains.
At the back, another terrace is perfect for enjoying breakfast in the sun or simply relaxing.
Outside, you will find a private and fully fenced area adjacent to the property, which offers ample space to comfortably park two cars.
The accommodation is located in one of the most exclusive residential areas of Germignaga and enjoys a particularly pleasant summer climate. Just a 10-minute walk away, you can reach the town center, where you will find "Il Boschetto" park and "Le Fontanelle" equipped beach, ideal for relaxing family days.
