Guests can enjoy panoramic views of the lake seeing ten to fifteen miles of water views of lake Winnipesaukee, trails and slopes from several rooms of this home. If your an early riser you can enjoy the beautiful sunrise from the glass paneled deck overlooking the lake ,mountain views as far as your eye can see and at night you can watch some amazing sunsets from the balcony on the other side of the house.If your into star gazing the stars are unbelievable.Guests can cook in, out on the grill or out on the town at a number of local eating establishments. The home sleeps 8 adults comfortably with three bedrooms with queen beds. The living room and common areas are furnished with comfortable leather sofas, chairs, with a table, end tables and a television for the guests viewing pleasure.The glass railed deck has a fire pit and chairs for guests to sit and take in the breathtaking view after boating, swimming, sailing, hiking, running, skiing, sightseeing or shopping. A short ride away from Gunstock Mountain with year round activities and Gilford beach for fun at the lake. There's something for everyone!

We loved our stay! The home has an amazing view of the lake — it’s the kind of view you can enjoy for hours. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the deck chairs were some of the most comfortable we’ve ever used — perfect for relaxing and taking in the scenery.The fire pit was a great bonus and made for cozy evenings by the lake. The location couldn’t have been better — peaceful, beautiful, and close to everything we needed. The host was very nice, responsive, and easy to communicate with, which made our stay even more enjoyable.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would happily come back again!

Fantastic property, great location, million dollar views, deck with top end seating & fire table, pool room and adjoining tv/entertainment room. There are 3 good size bedrooms along with a great kitchen, dining area & living room with comfortable seating and a large smart tv. Check in and departure were seamless. Highly recommend.

Great Lake Winnipeasaukee House

FABULOUS property for our family of 5 - plenty of space for everyone without being on top of each other constantly. Easy access to many different attractions, restaurants, etc. Absolutely beautiful sunrises from the deck. And of course, as many have said, Sean is wonderful with communication and making sure the trip is great.

Fantastic property. Even if it didn't have one of the best views in NH, it would have been perfect for the 8 of us. Clean, well maintained and all you need for a relaxing vacation. Great central location for all the lake has to offer

Views and then some

Sean’s home met all our expectations. We choose rentals for the view and it was marvelous. The house is well maintained, clean, spacious and an abundance of windows made for a bright interior. The beds are comfortable and there’s a first floor bedroom if stairs are a challenge. (altho there are stairs to enter from the driveway). Sean is personable, greeted us on arrival and even helped us carry items. The kitchen is spacious enough for several people to work at once. Most of the week was hot, so we were grateful for the AC, quality shades, ceiling and portable fans. When it cooled, we opened windows and got a refreshing breeze off the ridge. There’s outside seating for both taller & shorter folks and the glass panels create a feeling of open air. With balconies on opposite sides, we could sit outside in sun or shade. The back faces east so it was nice to enjoy the view in shade on hot afternoons and sit out front in the morning. We chose to stay close and enjoy the view with family and friends but we’re familiar with the area and many summer activities nearby. We’ve previously enjoyed: Pine Mountain, Lock Hill, Belknap Mountain (all good views for little effort and less crowded than Mount Major). Ellacoya State park has great swimming, the scenic chairlift & mountain coaster at Gunstock are fun and there’s a zip line for the brave. We’re glad we chose this home and would like to stay again.

Amazing long weekend

Perfect location for my family if 5! Ski area minutes away. Wonderful restaurant right down the road. And the view!!! Absolutely stunning! The house was the perfect size for us and couldn’t have been any cleaner! Sean was great to rent from! We will definitely be back again! Thank you!!

Family ski trip

We had a lovely stay the house with a view of the lake. The house was clean, which is very important to me. It has a pool table and my kids (ages 20 & 22) loved that. There were plenty of restaurants nearby and we skied at Gunstock which was nice and close. We made our own breakfast/coffee every morning. There’s a Keurig and a regular coffee maker. The weather wasn’t great, but we made the best of it. We went skiing a little later one day, night skiing one night and went to fun spot for games one day. It was a nice family getaway. Sean was a great host.

Beautiful Views of Lake

My family stayed two nights for a wedding at Gunstock Mountain Resort. We selected this home due to beautiful lake views, view of Gunstock Mountain, billiard table, and convenience of five minute distance from resort. We were very happy with our stay. Home was clean and views of lake were amazing as advertised. Sean was kind and replied quickly to inquiries and made sure home lights were on since we were arriving late on Friday. Highly recommend this home for anyone interested in vacationing at any time of year due to cleanliness, proximity to resort and the lake and available gas fire pit and billiard table for family fun.

Summer Vacation

This house met and exceeded our expectations! As most others have noted, Sean is a gracious host and the views are absolutely spectacular. In addition, the house is ideally located. There are nearby beaches, hiking trails, several mini golf courses, a movie theatre for rainy days, an outlet center and good local restaurants. I would definitely recommend renting this house!

Perfect Location

Our group had a wonderful stay in Gilford. The house was clean and comfortable with amazing views from both decks. The house was perfect for three couples. Sean was easy to deal with, great with communication, and stopped by to make sure everything was okay. We hope to make a return visit soon!
