Comfortable apartment with a large terrace, located in the center of Girona, in the commercial area, two minutes from the station and five minutes from the Barri Vell in the city of Girona. The building has an elevator. Very bright and quiet. The apartment has heating and a large terrace to enjoy during your stay. Updated non-smoking apartment, smoking allowed on the terrace. It consists of 2 rooms, one double and one single, with a separate bathroom. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a living-dining area with a sofa and a flat-screen TV. Great terrace. The apartment is fully equipped with kitchen utensils, sheets, blankets, towels, television, washing machine, information pack, etc.

Grand Appartement avec terrasse

SĂ©jour trĂšs agrĂ©able dans ce logement avec cette immense terrasse idĂ©ale pour farniente et manger de bons tapas!! Belle douche Ă  l’italienne avec des serviettes fournies. Situation en plein cƓur du centre et Ă  proximitĂ© de commerces et du beau marchĂ© artisanal.

Not bad... if you're just staying one night.

We were pretty disappointed with our stay at this apartment. To begin with, I messaged the owner the night before with our arrival time and notified him that we would not be able to use our phones because they don't work overseas. He was prompt with his reply and agreed to meet at 4:00 the following day. We arrived as planned, but the owner wasn't there. We waited about 45 minutes before I had to walk down the street and pay for wifi to message him. He arrived another half hour later. One of the first issues with the apartment is the internet was down. The owner told us it had gone out the day before, and because it was a holiday, he couldn't get anyone to come fix it. That was fine, hopefully he got it fixed soon after! The owner didn't explain to us how the thermostat works and there were no directions in the provided book. This didn't bode well in the 85 degree weather with no fans in the apartment. The following morning, the hot water in the shower seemed to be not working either. I waited for a while to see if it would warm up with no luck. My dad had the same issue. The last thing is that the lock on the door is obviously pretty old. The keys got consistently stuck in the door and took a lot of work to get out. It was very frustrating to fight the door when you're running late for a reservation. Overall, not a bad place to stay if you're not there for long. Luckily we were only in Girona for one night.

Comfortable and very convenient!

This was a very nice apartment, well suited for a couple. Although small in size, it has everything needed. There is an interior light shaft that provides brightness along with tons of light from the sliding doors from 2 rooms onto the huge terrace. We used the small single room with armoire for our suitcases and clothes and slept in the main bedroom. The bed was very comfortable with enough pillows to prop up and read. The bathroom had plenty of hot water (from a flash heater in the kitchen)and the water pressure in the shower was great. Although we didn’t cook anything in the small kitchen, we had several cold meals (sandwiches, salads, cheese, etc) and coffee, tea, and pastries/bread for breakfasts and it was very functional. The terrace was an ideal place for a glass of wine in the evening. One warning—the apartment is directly across the street from a school so during the week in the daytime, it could be noisy. It didn’t bother us as it didn’t start until mid-morning and we were usually out most of the day. There is a bakery around the corner and a well-stocked grocery a couple of blocks away. It is easy walking distance to La Rambla. We had awesome pizza at L’Arcada there and their tagliatelle with salmon was amazing. We also had paella at L’Alqueria (just outside of the Old Town) that was wonderful, if a bit more pricey. Local wines were great and inexpensive. The train station is literally 5 minutes’ walk, so it is very convenient. There is an indoor parking space but if it you aren’t driving to the coast or around the countryside (as we were) you do not need a car to see and experience Girona. We had no issues with anything—Ricard even met us late (by our standards) when we were delayed. Great stay, great apartment—we would definitely stay there again!

As described it was quiet and there is a lovely terrace.

We enjoyed our stay. It is easy to walk to the old town from the apartment. It is a quiet area at night so we slept well. The apartment is comfortable and had adequate equipment for self catering. We would definitely recommend it to others.

la estancia ha sido perfecta. el piso de maravilla una terraza inmensa y muy tranquila, todo muy limpio , el propietario muy amable , en una zona céntrica y a cinco minutos caminando del centro histórico. una ciudad preciosa , con todo lo indispensable para pasårtelo de fåbula.
