Bel appartement moderne, spacieux et entièrement rénové au coeur du centre historique. Tout est neuf et de grande qualité. Tout a été pensé et vous ne manquerez de rien pour passer un merveilleux séjour dans cette ville.Le spacieux appartement de vacances moderne à Gérone dispose de toutes les commodités modernes telles que la climatisation, une cuisine entièrement équipée, Internet haut débit et deux salles de bains. Une grande chambre des maîtres avec sa propre salle de bain avec douche. Une deuxième chambre très confortable et très joliment meublée. Une sorte de loft avec un lit double à l'étage et un canapé-lit au rez-de-chaussée. Dans le salon une cuisine moderne et l'entrée de la deuxième salle de bain avec douche, où se trouve la machine à laver. Le salon est spacieux avec un coin salon, une télévision grand écran et une table à manger avec 6 chaises confortables. Le salon est lumineux et possède deux portes qui donnent accès à un petit balcon. L'appartement est au premier étage d'un bel immeuble ancien sans ascenseur sur Carrer de Cort Reial. Il y a une entrée spacieuse puis un escalier menant à l'appartement. L'entrée est partagée avec d'autres résidents mais lorsque vous êtes dans l'appartement c'est pour vous. Cet appartement de vacances moderne à Gérone est votre maison !

L’appart est situé dans le centre historique de Gérone, le Barri Vell, où l’accès en voiture est limité et le stationnement interdit. Dans la plupart des zones, on ne peut entrer en voiture que trois fois par trimestre, donc on te conseille de te garer avant le check-in. Après ta réservation, tu auras accès à ton appli Bravissimo avec tous les détails : parking, check-in, etc. Gérone est généralement calme, mais avec les fenêtres ouvertes, on peut entendre du bruit de rue ou des cloches. Perfect location in the middle of the Barri Vell. A 5 minute or less walk to the river and all the best restaurants, shops and plazas to hang out. Perfect if you are coming to Girona for cycling or running as many of the best rides start in this area and there are several great bike shops within a short walk. The apartment was roomy and light and had a small outside balcony. We cooked in two nights as the kitchen was a good size and had everything we need. The management of the apartment was top notch all the way around .

The apartment is right in the middle of the Barri Vell and is a 5 minute walk or less to the river and all of the best restaurants and coffee shops. It's also an ideal location if you are coming to Girona to ride bikes or run as many of the routes start near there and it's a short walk to several great bike shops. The management of the apartment was top notch in every way and entry/exit was easy. The apartment is roomy and light and has a nice little balcony with a table. We cooked in twice and the kitchen was large and had everything we need. 5 stars all the way around.

Great location

Positives: - The apartment is very nice. It has lovely ancient stone and exposed beams. We thoroughly enjoyed it as a base for 8 days. - The location could not be better right in old town. Major attractions and great places to eat and drink are minutes away. - The two Paula’s in the office are super nice and helpful. - There are really good instructions supplied before arrival including how to drive into old town to drop luggage. Unfortunately, they did not know or inform us that one of the narrow one-way roads was under construction. We had an interesting time trying to reverse out! Negatives: - The place could be better stocked. They supply two rolls of toilet paper for an 8-day stay, a token amount of soap for hand washing, dishwasher or laundry. - The pillows on the couch and the chair cushions were filthy. We actually took the covers off and washed them they were so bad. - The Wifi does not reach to the back of the unit. I like to browse in bed if I can’t sleep – not possible. - The stairwell leading up the unit is pretty bad, chipped and broken steps, very dirty. - If you want to park at the nearby Saba garage, check prices yourself. We had them set it up at their “discount” rate of 15 euros/ day. We ended up staying an extra week - when we set up the parking ourselves, it was 10 euros/ day. - We found a hole in the wall in the loft bedroom that looks right down into the main bedroom. Pretty creepy. We plugged it with a tissue. - AC did not work.
