When we arrived at this hotel , well before check in , staff straight away tried and endeavoured to try and organise early check in which they did . This was greatly appreciated.While we waited they invited us to sit in the restaurant/ bar / breakfast area and enjoy the use of the coffee machine . The area also had capacity to charge iPads , phones ect . Staff , from the start were enthusiastic and very helpful. The rooms were adequate in size for us , clean and comfortable , and the available filtered water station was a bonus . Close walking distance to shops and restaurants. Would choose to stay again and would recommend. We also appreciated the drinks vouchers that we could use at the downstairs bar .

It's a nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are a good size. The lobby is poorly designed (they need portable space heaters to keep it warm, and block the main doors to the restaurant with furniture). They no longer have food as part of their room service.
