Private sunny ground floor apartment, North East aspect , attractive and modern open plan living and an expansive patio to enjoy a morning drink, evening meal or just watch the ocean. Then step out amongst lush tropical gardens with a charming swimming pool area to cool down.
The spacious master bedroom has a queen bed, luxurious ensuite with walk in shower and a private balcony. The second bedroom has 2 king single beds and both rooms feature built in wardrobes with custom made cabinetry for ample storage and latest hush ceiling fans.
The open plan living room features reverse cycle air-conditioning, comfortable furnishings, large smart TV and unlimited Wi-Fi.
The well equipped kitchen also includes coffee machine, air-fryer and everything you need to cook and entertain.
The main bathroom offers spacious walk in shower plus laundry facilities including washing machine and dryer.
The apartment has recently been renovated to an exceptionally high standard and is the perfect place to create wonderful lifetime memories.
San Chelsea is a quiet secure complex of just 24 apartments with a wide frontage to beach and features an inground swimming pool set amongst lush tropical gardens. There is also secure parking for one car - parking height is 1.9m max, also there is plenty of street parking.
San Chelsea is located a short walk form North Kirra Surf Club and the patrolled beach. The Oceanway footpath offers a flat, scenic walk, ride or skate to Coolangatta / Rainbow Bay in the South and Tugun / Currumbin in the North.

Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office at 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 6 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport

Beachfront at Bilinga
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at San Chelsea apartments. The location is great - across the road from the beach and a leisurely stroll to shops at Kirra & Coolangatta. The apartment is comfortable although bathroom could fo with updating. Also no wifi and pillows are uncomfortable being too high. We hired our own linen but master doona had stains on it.
