Great location, fantastic breakfast, staff were very friendly, superior double room was very comfortable. Only small issues was could have done with more wardrobe space for clothes and the shower took a long time to drain. But overall a fantastic stay.

Easy access to the Haga district, shops and restaurants. Staff were very nice and accommodating - at check-in, since I was early by a few hours, they advised me to check back around 12. When I came back, they gave me early check-in for free AND upgraded my room without asking. Room was great and clean!

Great hotel in superb location for both nightlife, dining and shopping. The rooftop bar is amazing. Rooms are perfect with plenty space and soundproof.

Chose to upgrade our room and the room was really dusty, which wasn’t very nice at all. Fortunately only stayed one night, but the hotel rooms definitely should be cleaned more thoroughly. Also paid to use the spa and they later emailed me demanding the payment, for which I already paid. Very poor customer service from the hotel.
