Enjoyed my stay at Scandic Europa. Great location. 5 mins from Central Station and Bus station. 2 mins from large shopping centre. Lots of food options around. Staff were friendly. Pool was ok, not the biggest but water was warm!

The stay was fine. Noisy neighbors were a bit of an issue. Usually 1 of the 4 elevators weren't working, at one point 2 were out. The service and breakfast were both excellent (as usual). This, and the nice location, are why i come back.

Only one person was helpful. There was no soap in the shower, I had to go downstairs at 10:30pm to get it while my wife was in the shower. They advertise laundry but all they offer is a laundry service. Parking was a nightmare, could not get into parking because the desk clerk took down the wrong plate number, they did fix this. I would NOT stay again or recommend this hotel.

It is very convenient as just across from the central train station. The neighborhood is safe and lots of shopping one can do. Staff was very helpful and with great smiles. Room is clean.

This hotel is located right in the middle of the city right next to the central station and the main shopping mall. Easy walking distance to everything you need close by or hop on a tram or bus. The hotel itself was quiet, with friendly staff. The family room that we booked was excellent for bringing kids and we particularly wanted pool access. Easy to book access to the pool. Nice facilities with sauna available too. Breakfast buffet gets 5 ⭐ plus. Thank you!
