Very nice, modern apartment with beautiful views to the town and the sea in the distance. Very next to MASPALOMAS DUNES (10min walking distance) and 5min walking distance to YUMBO Center (Gays night life) and all amenities, SUNNY in winter from morning to afternoon. Commun POOL Possibility of free parking place in the residence. Apartment completely rebuilt and decorated in 2019. Air-conditioned GAY FRIENDLY. FAMILIES welcome (crib and high chair in request) 1 double bed in the bedroom, 1 sofa-bed with very comfortable mattress.
