With exquisite attention to detail, it is ideal for couples, friends and business trips. It has a cosy bedroom with a queen size bed and air conditioning. It has a large bathroom with shower on the upper floor and a toilet on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen open to the beautiful living room, which has a sofa bed and direct access to the terrace, where you can rest, sunbathe and relax. With all kinds of amenities, Wifi Internet, Smart TV, ceiling fan in the living room and air conditioning in the bedroom and communal pool in the residential complex in which it is located.

With a privileged location, it is a 5 minute drive from Holiday World and Las Meloneras and Maspalomas Beach. Crossing the Paseo Charca de Maspalomas, a Natural Park of great ecological and biological value, you reach Las Dunas and the spectacular Maspalomas Beach. Strategically located in one of the most beautiful municipalities of the island with a summer climate all year round, where you can enjoy its beaches and stroll among its dunes.

What you see is what you’ll get!

I was very pleased to find everything exactly the way it was described. We had no troubles getting and leaving the keys. Also the property manager was quick to get back to us when we had any questions. Taxi are always near and there’s also a bus stop a short walk away.

Perfecta estancia en Maspalomas! Hemos pasado unos fántasticos días en este estupendo dúplex con todas las comodidades, tiene una agradable decoración, cama queen y una acogedora y amplia terraza que invita a disfrutar y almorzar. Tiene una localización perfecta en el sur y está muy bien comunicada con la autopista. Está a pocos minutos en coche de las preciosas Dunas en un tranquilo y bello complejo residencial. Nos ha encantado, repetiremos!
