Manager was very helpful and made every effort to meet our needs. Has laundry service available. Need to remember that not all toiletries are included, like shampoo. Only has stairs to all rooms. Convenient to have a kitchenette available with a few dishes. Bathroom and shower were clean and worked well. Overall a great stay for the price.

Decent place but difficult to find

It was very difficult to find the place. My taxi driver dropped me off a few blocks away. The police took me to the wrong place. They just need to put a big sign on the street to find it. The manager was very helpful once I found it. It was very reasonably priced for the area.

La chambre Ă©tait extrĂȘmement sale. Pas nettoyĂ© depuis des mois. Des rĂ©sidu et cheveux dans le lit, sur le plancher et la toilette Ă©tait tachĂ© d’urine partout. Il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude. J’ai demandĂ© Ă  Chapdelaine chambre et la suivante Ă©tait encore plus sale.

Le logement Ă©tait insalubre, sol instable, prĂ©sence de moisissures sur plusieurs mur, tout le logement Ă©tait sale, tache d’urine dans la salle de bain, Sol cassĂ© et objet saillant qui dĂ©passe. Trou dans les murs donnant sur l’extĂ©rieur. Cuisine partagĂ©e avec des restes de nourriture et dans un Ă©tat pitoyable. Lorsque nous avons refusĂ© d’y sĂ©journĂ© vu l’état sanitaire et matĂ©riel le remboursement nous a Ă©tĂ© refusĂ©.
