Double charged for the room

I got the room through Hotels.com and the notel charged me for the room also.

Granted this was for one night but staff had blank stares when you addressed a problem, bathroom faucet dripped, light bulb blinked and coffee pot leaked. Front desk staff didnt care.

You walk in and are greeted by drunks in the lobby. The hotel smells. The walls in the room are dirty. The towels are stained (brown), it really felt and looked unclean! Worst hotel I’ve been in!
