Although a bit dated the rooms were clean and comfortable. Managing the temperature in the room was easy and it maintain a comfortable temp all night. Easy walk to several eating places.

The room was very big. It contained a lot of furniture which isn’t necessary. General lighting wasn’t great. Bedding and towels were clean. The shower was hot. The room opened to the parking lot which sits on a fairly busy intersection. There were two chairs and a table outside of the door for sitting. The hotel is right downtown Grand Forks. There are several restaurants and one “pub” within a two block radius. We had our dog and there is a nice trail along the river for walking.

The king room was perfect for a good night sleep while passing through the area on a long road trip. Staff were very friendly and inviting. The river is across the street from the hotel. There are walking paths along the river.
