No heat in room bc it was broke and no house keeping. Staff was rude n not helpful

Very close location to the mall and shopping /food. Pool was basic, but hot tub very small ("4 person max" ), rooms quite outdated and bed not comfortable.

It was good but the check in made me feel like I was a nuisance because I live in Canada. I got silenced because my street name was too long. Other than that, it was good!
