The room was great, love the resort and the location, but wanted to use the hot tub. There were no towels and the hot tub was locked. Cakled front desk for help, took more than 45 minutes someone to bring towels and another person to come and unlock the hot tub and pool. Ended not using it at all.

The staff was very courteous. The view is amazing. We did not get the room that we booked online. We thought we booked a room with a fireplace and ended up with two small bedrooms where one room didn't even have a chair to sit on.

I was surprised to find the room had a real wood fireplace and radiant floor heating. The view of the lake was amazing . All of it make for a very relaxing, enjoyable stay. The onsite dining options were amazing. We checked out snowshoes and had a wonderful time exploring. Wonderful winter getaway.
