Nice hotel in secluded location. Wish parking was located a little closer to the hotel (did allow for drop off closer to hotel though). Good breakfast and attentive staff!

Stay away!

The restaurant onsite is extra expensive and awful! Took us an hour and a half to get our food and also then was the order wrong. Had to get up and take my own Menus. Hotel staff was also rude, and the rooms were not as we ordered. We had my friend in a wheelchair, and we specified that he needs a disabled room, however this is not we got. Worst experience ever.

Complessivamente molto bene. L'unica pecca che mi e' capitata e che nella stanza n 181 c'è un rumore costante di sottofondo probabilmente dovuto alla vicinanza di SPA, abbastanza fastidioso specialmente di notte. SPA offre un luogo di relax molto gradevole, sauna, piscina con zona idromassaggio e getti, percorso knepp, etc . Ho gradito molto che è stata servita una tisana. Norme COVID sono rispettate. Colazione internazionale.

Positiva e gran bell'albergo. Colazione non ricchissima ma il cappuccino era un must visto che non usano le macchinette self service. Unica pecca i prodotti da bagno. Ho trovato solo sapone e bagnoschiuma già aperto e boccetta a metà

la struttura sportiva si trova in un bel parco con laghetto,camera standard con balcone,discreta.ottimo il ristorante le macine che si trova accanto al mulino.la spa carina, peccato che la spa non abbia uno sbocco al esterno per prendere il sole ed e solo due ore a pagamento 15.00 euro per i clienti hotel.

Très bel hôtel et très bien situé pour une journée shopping à vicolungo outlet. Seul bémol, très mauvaise insonorisation.. nous entendions les gens parler, à savoir qu’ils parlent très fort là bas, très tôt le matin dans le couloir, ainsi que les femmes de ménage. Très dérangeant également le bruit des chaussures à talons des gens de la chambre du dessus. Sinon rien à redire, personnel du petit déjeuner très très souriant et serviable

L’unica pecca é stato dover parcheggiare fuori dalle recinzioni dell’hotel in quanto riservato solo al personale alla squadra di calcio... niente da dire, se non fosse che altri ospiti hanno potuto parcheggiare all’interno ... quindi mi viene da dire, cos’è i miei soldi sono diversi da quelli degli altri, che loro si ed io no!??!!? Se c’è una regola o la applichi a tutti o a nessuno, basta con ste distinzioni all’italiana del cavolo .

grosszügige Hotelanlagen, gut geführt

wir suchten für 2 Tage in der Region Novara eine Unterkunft mit Wellnessbereich. Die Hotelanlage ist schön, der Betrieb gut geführt und das Personal professionell und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage liegt abgelegen und ohne ÖV-Anschlüsse. Das Hotel vermittelt für 20 Euro (sonst 25-30) einen guten Taxiservice nach Novara

Mooi hotel, wel erg groot

Aardige ontvangst het is wel tobben en zoeken naar het restaurant en de ingang van het hotel. De wifi ontvangst in het hele hotel is slecht tot matig. Aandachtspunt is de openiingstijden van het zwembad (Spa), deze strookt niet met de uitcheck tijd. (Jammer)
