Property lacked working heating and air conditioning unit. Water did not like to stay warm or hot. Mold in bathroom. Wouldn’t recommend.

Horrible

It was horrible the water was shut off our entire stay. We couldn’t shower, wash our hands, brush our teeth or take a shower. They said the water would be on in a couple of hours and still wasn’t on the next day. I have left several messages for the manager to call me and I still haven’t heard from anyone. I expected to be refunded but management doesn’t seem too care that our trip was ruined due to this. We will never stay at this hotel again.

Very nice!

Everything was very nice, very clean. Convenient location. Only issue was that the pool and hot tub were closed and we were SO looking forward to that! Breakfast was good and there was in-room coffee.

It was a great place to stay in for a quick trip it had a decent breakfast it was great overall, it would had been nice to use the pool but was not in service, and it would had been even nicer if their was a bar inside to mingle with others as we were trying to meet for fun

Our stay was very nice. Room was clean and quiet. My only complaint is the pillows are too puffy. I have back issues and sleeping with such a puffy pillow aggravates my spine.

I didn’t appreciate the reception grilling. I was told that “everybody says they have a disabled wife” when I asked for a ground floor room. We were later asked if “we had a cat in there”. I’m allergic to cats, of course we didn’t have any animals in our room.
