Very sunny 60 sq m apartment consisting of
kitchen with table + chairs, 4-burner stove, fridge / freezer, electric oven, toaster, kettle, American coffee machine and everything needed for cooking.

Bathroom with sink, bath / shower, bidet, toilet, washing machine.
A private and fenced parking space is provided.
Lake Como is located on the first floor (only 20 steps) of a 2-story building. It is located in a central but quiet area.
A few steps away there are restaurants, pizzerias, cafes, supermarkets, banks, shops, ice cream parlors, pharmacy, hospital, landing stage, tennis, beaches, paid swimming pool, motorboat rental, lake walks, cycle paths, sailing and much more.
The apartment has heating which has an extra cost of € 15 per night which will be paid on the spot in cash. The period for using the heating is from October until March.
