The rooms are a little run down (at least the two we were in trying to get a working tv and phone). Staff was great. Couldn't get any network stations according to staff it was because their occupancy was high. We were overall dissapointed.

I booked a balcony room and was told that you had no balcony rooms available. I was told that expedia overbooked that room. This was the second time that has happened with me at this hotel. Michael at the front desk was very kind.But unfortunately was not able to help me resolve my problem.So that I might get the room that I actually wanted.He did give me accommodations to another king size room.That was good, but it still was not what I wanted or expected. This is the 2nd time this has happen with the hotel. Both time I booked thru a 3rd party (a different one). The only reason I'm rated it a 3 is Michael was nice. I have stayed with you at least 3 to 4 times a month. Always using a 3rd party do to discounts I get through them. But overall I'm very disappointed, that in the day of computer bookings how this can keep happening at this property. Sincerely, Disappointed Customer

The room was severely neglected! I really because i had a puppy we were given the worse room in the whole hotel! We paid the same as any other guest , we just happen to have a fur baby! We were given a room thst was seculded from all the other rooms, and it smelled terrible! The sink had crud all under the edge of it! I thknk they feel like no one is going to look in those areas but i do!!!!!! I wasted water on the floor and used a towel to wipe it up and the towel was brown!!!!! That just ruined my stay because it made me question the cleanliness of everything else in the room! I could wait until morning to check out! Then to add insult upon injury, that crazy $100 pet fee for 1 night!!!!! Most places live stayed it was only $25 a night!!!! I will NEVER EVER STAY HERE AGAIN OR ANY HOTEL OFFILIATED WITH Y'ALL!!!!!! EVERYONE SHOULD GET EQUAL TREATMENT IF THEY HAVE A PET OR NOT!!! IF YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE ROOM DESIGNATED FOR THOSE WITH PETS AT LEAST MAKE SURE IT'S NOT AMELLING LIKE URINE AND WHO KNOWS WHAT ELSE FOR THE NEXT PERSON!!!! WE ARE PAYING THE SAME RATE BUT REALLY MORE WITH THE PET FEE!!! SO WE DESERVE CLEAN ROOMS TOO!!!!!! VERY AGITATED, DISGUSTED, AND 100 TIMES DISAPPOINTED IN MY STAY HERE!!!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Minor issue with the TV that had to be reset by staff any time we wanted to use it but that’s not a major issue.

Check in was very easy. The person that greeted and checked me in was very nice and professional. My room was clean and comfortable. My stay was quick, so I was unable to take full advantage of everything. The area was quiet and close to shopping/dining. I would recommend this hotel to others.

1st , WiFi only free only if you join members reward. Secondly, breakfast was not free, I was charged for it. Thirdly, room smelled musty. Housekeeping only came once during my 3 night stay. Had to call front desk to have someone make bed and take the used towels. I was very disappointed on this trip. Will not be visiting Four Points again.
