Went to some local store to pick up a few items for our stay at the hotel and the front desk was pretty much helpful to make the arrangements for us to be accommodate for our stay. Wendy and staff are always friendly and willing to help out and assist in your needs.

Studio six is very unprofessional. They canceled my room. The morning of the booking stated that they didn’t have any rooms available, which doesn’t make any sense being that I had my room reserved for weeks. They are so money hungry that they give away rooms that people already have the reserved. I came all the way to Greensboro and didn’t have a room to check in. It was my birthday weekend and it got ruined.

Property is a long term stay hotel (people live there). There were people hanging around outside. I didn't end up staying because they didn't have any clean rooms when I arrived after 3pm. That's right, not ANY rooms available. So they said they would not charge a cancelation fee. I paid more than double to stay somewhere else.

We booked, they told us they didn’t have any availability when we arrived. Front desk staff rude. Bedroom had roaches.. when we mentioned it to them they said it’s nothing they can do, so I hand the keys back. Hopefully I get a refund

Absolutely terrible- room smelled like smoke, I did not feel safe but I had to suck it up, shower was covered in dirt, drawers had missing fronts, furnishings were low quality, linens were itchy. I had no idea I was choosing a “Motel 6” and it was the worst hotel room I’ve stayed at in over 10 years. At least the room did not have bugs inside

Staff were nice and helful. At check in was told rooms overbooked and they had to find a room. Had to return for key to be rescanned and cleaning staff had to open the door for me. Staff explained it could take up to 5 minutes for room key to work. Ive never experienced such at any other hotels. Key worked immediately. I had booked a non smoking room but room had smoke odor. I wasnt excited to see people working on cars in the parking lot. Guess they were people with extended stays. Noticed a few live bugs in room.

Absolutely the most disgusting place I’ve ever stepped foot in. I didn’t expect luxury considering the price, but the room was appalling. Ashes and half smoked black & milds, roaches on the floor, no working AC, and even black mold in the vents. The bed size did not match what I booked and the mattress was like a rock. Ashes all over the bed as well. It was so disgusting that I took the loss and paid for another room for my stay and left early. When I informed the front of the state of the room, the response was “oh”.

Last time trying to save money

The room had not been cleaned in the slightest. The floors were dirty, tables, counters, sinks, the microwave, the tub, there were even 💩 streaks in the toilet and hair as well on the seat underneath the one you sit on. The outside of the toilet didn't look like it had been cleaned in I don't know how long. Makes me wonder what kind of person would have even stayed in the room prior to my booking it. I went to the front desk and asked for another room, and she let me go look at it before I decided to stay in it. The door was already open, so I didn't even need the key she made me. It smelt heavily of cigarette smoke (I booked a non smoking room) and was extremely hot, due to the door being open. The woman at the front desk issue my refund and was very understanding in my not wanting to stay. She had even given me extra towels and rags for my stay.
