Please note the heated pool is set at 85 degrees from April to Oct. All other months, the pool is not available as it is off-line for the winter.

PARKING
We allow up to 5 cars in the driveway. Please be careful and do not to park on the grass.
It is located near High Point Lake that has many walking trails and a public golf course. There are side-walks that get you to the lake.
Only 15 mins. east by car is downtown. The Greensboro Coliseum is about the same distance and all the Greensboro attractions. 10 mins. to the west is high-point university and the High Point Furniture market. 5 mins. away is the Sedgefield Country club that hosts the Wyndham PGA tour event.

- About 1 hour from Chapel Hill and Durham and about the same in the other direction for Charlotte.
GROCERIES
There is a Publix a couple mins. from the house. The Whole Foods is about 15 mins. away in Greensboro. There are other grocery options in the area and plenty of restaurants.
Jamestown itself which is within walking distance (1.3 miles) has a cute downtown with a few great restaurants like Black Power Smokehouse for Barbecue and Southern Roots. The Deck is the local bar.
AIRPORT ACCESS
It is easily accessible by flying into GSO airport, about a 10 mins. drive, and the larger Raleigh Durham International Airport (RDU) airport is about an hour away and Charlotte Douglas Airport is about an hour and 15 mins. away.
HOUSE LOCATION
Triad Haven is located close to multiple highways (I85 and I73) which makes it easy and accessible to many North Carolina locations.
TRANSPORTATION
Lyft and Uber services available. There is a High Point train station and Greensboro Bus terminal that provide transport options about 15 mins. away.

LIABILITY WAIVER:
Our property provides you with a unique opportunity to swim (during certain months), and enjoy the pool area,hot tub, backyard, and firepit. We want you to take advantage of these amenities and have a memorable visit. However, by agreeing to our House Rules, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks involved with participating in these activities and that pool, hot tub, stairs, and campfires may present dangers for adults and children. Children must be carefully supervised at all times when near the water. The hot tub cover must be closed at all times. Because the water at the end of the pool and in the entire hot tub is only a few deep, no diving off of anywhere is allowed.
By agreeing to the House Rules, you acknowledge the potential risks discussed above, agree to accept full responsibility for any bodily injury that may occur to you and others in your party, and waive any claim whatsoever against the owners for accidents arising from these activities.
DRUGS
No illegal drugs are permitted to be stored or used at any time at Triad Haven.
PARKING
We allow up to 5 cars in the driveway. Please be careful and do not to park on the grass.
PARTIES & EVENTS
We does not allow parties, receptions, or events.
Local ordinances dictate no loud music, noise, or partying. Quiet time is 9PM to 8am. No excuses.
If we receive any reports or notice that you are listening to music outside, being loud, or using the pool after 9PM, you will be charged a fine of $500 for breaking the noise. Each occurrence of this will result in this fine.
By booking, you agree that if the police are called for excessive noise, partying, or other reasons you will be charged $1,000 and will be subject to non-refundable cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.
Please be respectful of our neighbors anytime outback. Inside the house, you are welcome to listen to music at normal levels and hang out. Please keep the doors closed when listening to music.
HOT TUB
If the hot-tub is undergoing maintenance or repairs and is unavailable during your stay, there is no discounts or refunds.
Please note that in the event we need to drain the hot tub after your stay, there will be a fee of $350 to cover the cost of maintenance and cleaning. We strive to keep our hot tubs in excellent condition for all of our guests to enjoy, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping them in top shape.
No glass in or near the hot tub or pool. If there are any remnants of glass, the guest will be charged a $2,000 fee.
If guests drain the hot tub, a $1,000 fee will be charged. You will also be held liable for any damages resulting from this action.
PETS:
•We allow a max of 2 pets not weighing more than 50 lbs.
•Pets are not allowed on the furniture.
•Pets must be supervised at all times.
•Pets must be declared upon reservation
SECURITY

• To help secure the property and for guest safety, exterior Ring cameras and lighting systems are installed, facing the driveway and backyard areas. These cameras are outward-facing and used solely for security purposes.

SMOKING
No smoking (cigarettes, pipe, tobacco or marijuana) or vaping is permitted inside Palm Haven at any time. Smoking and vaping are permitted outdoors, but please do not ash on furniture. There will be a charge of up to $1,000 for smoking in the house as well as if outdoor furniture is damaged.
TRASH/RECYCLING
Guests are responsible for disposing of trash appropriately. Trash cans and recycling are to be brought out Tues. and brought back on Wed. after the trash and recycling is taken.
Trash and recycling should be disposed of in an orderly manner with the bins closed and not overflowing. If this is not possible, please let us know. If trash and recycling procedures are not followed, guests will be fined $500.
TEMPERATURE
The 2nd flr thermostat is in the hallway on the right once you get upstairs. The 1st flr thermostat is in the pool table room. The downstairs master BR has it’s own mini-split with remote control. The upstairs double queen BR does not get as much cold air-flow as the other and seems to be warmer than the other rooms and the hot-water heater is in the closet in that room. Do not open that closet as there is a closet in the hall-way for that room. There are two ceiling fans over the beds in the room to keep it cool.
Please close the windows and doors if you are running the AC.
TV
There is NO CABLE TV service. Smart TVs (Rokus) are provided in all the king–bed bedrooms and the living room and pool table room.
POOL
Important Note:
The pool heater is currently not working as we are awaiting replacement parts. We hope to have it up and running again very soon. Thank you for your understanding!
No diving/jumping is permitted. No glass is permitted in or near the pool or soaking tub.
There is no lifeguard on duty. Triad Haven, its owners, and agents of the property will not be held liable for accidents, pool-related or deck accidents, drownings, or bodily harm/personal injuries.
The heated pool is set at 85 degrees from April to Oct. In all other months, the pool is not available. The pool is to be 85 degrees and no other temperature as this is the optimal temperature. If you tamper with the pool equipment you will be charged $1,000.
While we will try our best to make sure the pool heater and equipment are working. There is no refund if the heater or pool is not working or pool is offline due to maintenance.
SERVICE PROVIDERS
Our pool service comes every Thurs. Our landscaping team comes once a week or sometimes every other week (generally Wed.)
