This hotel cancelled my PAID reservation without notice of cancellation. I arrived slightly after the front desk closed, called the number six times before someone answered just for the gentleman at the front to rudely inform me that my room was given to someone else, they were now fully booked, and can no longer accommodate me. I was then stranded with no place to stay for the night.

It was cheaply priced stay. Property was what we paid for. It is pet friendly and you can tell that as soon as you step off the elevator. The hallways smelled like a barn! The desk staff were friendly at check-in but are unavailable after 5pm. My rooms tv remote was missing batteries so i had to trade back and forth for the night with the remote from the other room we booked. There's a sign posted about cleaning services being every other week - as its an extended stay property. It must have been their off week. I only booked a one night stay, but it was not a good first impression.

The outside of the hotel and lobby were clean. The staff were very friendly. The room itself smelled like weed and mold. The sheets were stained. Our door wouldn’t shut and lock unless you slammed it. The deadbolt wouldn’t set. The flip lock completely missed the door so was not functional. There was no housekeeping service. We stayed for one night and checked out early. There were people living in the hotel. A few cars in the parking lot looked like people were living in their cars too. The staff were great, the property was nice, the conditions were sketchy at best. Nevermind the children fighting with Ninja swords in the hallway.

The first room I was assigned was dirty with a messy bed like someone just left. I told the staff and they quickly got me another room but this one was next to someone with a barking dog and it seemed like the owner was never there. I then moved to a 3rd room which was finally quiet enough for me to sleep but the sink and tub had hair in it.
