Our bedspread had stains all over it. When I went to the front desk to request a new bedspread. The lady didn't even care. The room wasn't very clean. There was dust everywhere.

The ac/heat unit knob was stripped. Luckily I was able to turn it with my multi tool. I forgot a medicine container and called the hotel. They found it but would not volunteer to mail it to me. Since it only had a couple days meds I just ordered a new container. Cheaper than mailing them a package with a shipping package enclosed. Also it was very hard to get them to understand what I was talking about when I called. Room was decently clean and well kept.

Room was atrocious. Window coverings were stained and tattered. Comforter was stained and cigarette burned. Pool was closed. Ice machine on second floor wasn't even connected. Water pressure was non-existent. Overall horrible stay for the price and location.

The staff was very nice and the breakfast area was well kept, Bedding and bathroom were clean, but the curtains were shredded and dirty. Walls were dirty and the furnishings were very old and falling apart.
