"The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and the parking was great for our truck and trailer. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. The property looked nothing like the photos online. The room was old, run down, dirty, and had an unpleasant smell. The bathroom needed a deep cleaning, with visible soap scum in the shower, and the showerhead was mounted unusually low. There were damaged areas around the floors and baseboards that appeared to have been covered up rather than properly repaired. At night, I heard scratching noises in the walls that sounded like rodents. For $160 per night, I felt this property was significantly overpriced for its condition. The photos set expectations that the actual property did not meet. Friendly staff, but I would not stay here again."
