3-room suite in Modern Farmhouse style, private bath, kitchenette, great views. You'll have the whole apartment/suite to yourself with a private entrance. Free WiFi, snacks and drinks. *see note* We are mainly designed to host up to 3 guests luxuriously, but have an additional sleeping space to host four (futon or air mattress). King bed in large main bedroom with a sitting area, Roku/TV/DVD player. Large 2nd room with kitchenette (sink, mini fridge, micro, and Keurig), dining area and a small, twin size futon. A 3rd room (small bedroom) with a twin-sized bed. Privacy for each room. Key code entry. Access to relaxing back deck overlooking pond. Very close to I-20; 20 mins to downtown Shreveport attractions, 15 mins to State Fairgrounds and Independence Stadium. 30 mins to Marshall, TX and 45 mins to Jefferson, TX. Feels like a quiet, relaxing stay in the country, but still conveniently close to what you came to see!

There are outside security cameras on the property, viewing the parking area and the exterior of the guest suite. We are intentionally designed as a quiet retreat for adults and work hard to create a relaxing get-a-way spot that you will want to return to again and again!
