This newly renovated 3BR/2BA home is not only a relaxing place to unwind, but is also perfectly located for any need. This charming home is 3 min drive to Downtown Greer, it's shops, restaurants, & Greer City Park. 10 mins to GSP Int Airport, BMW, & less than a 30 min drive to Downton Greenville. Our home features a spacious yard, roof-covered parking, TV w/ Netflix, a fully stocked bathroom & a fully equipped kitchen.

We visited family, hiked mountain trails, saw waterfalls, ate at many different places, shopped, and lounged! It was the perfect vacation in the perfect location. This home was lovely and well equipped for all our needs.

A gym is listed among the amenities, but there isn't one. Also, the tv in the main bedroom is a hazard. It sticks out too far, and I banged my head. Otherwise, it was good.

I've stayed in many VRBO rentals and this home is, without a doubt, the nicest. Check-in was easy. The home was spotless and had well appointed. The beds were comfortable. I felt safe in the quaint neighborhood. Not only would I stay there again, I will seek it out if I am in this area again.

Nice, Clean and Quiet Place to Dtay

I truly enjoyed my stay. The house was extremely clean and spacious with everything you could think of needing. Close to stores, restaurants and gas stations. I also loved that it was quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay again if the house is available.

Very happy super clean

This home was perfect for my husband and 3 employees doing fema work in area. 4 middle aged hardworking men were able to cook a meal, get rest in a very very nice home. The hosts were awesome. Thank you for such a nice place to stay.

Central Location!

Stay on Trade Street was so great! We were in town visiting family and friends and this place provided a great central spot to get to everyone in Greenville. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Definitely check out downtown Greer while you are here. Great atmosphere!

Great Family Time Experience

We loved staying in the house which was plenty big for our family. The house is decorated very cute and feels very homey. At one point during our stay, the town experienced a water main break. The owners immediately brought us several jugs of water to flush toilets and a case of bottled water for drinking. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again! If you stay, make sure you take the short walk to downtown Greer. It’s a gem!
