The name of my property is 'La pieve'. This is a wonderful country house with swimming pool also for kids. From the large porch you can see the breathtaking landscape of Monti Sibillini and you can do trekking. The spectacular landscape, in particular to the sunset when the sun disappears behind the mountains, and the sounds of the nature, how the rustle of the leaves move from the light evening breeze with the singing of the birds, will project in a other world: a world of peace, serenity and hope. At about 2km rises Gualdo, a very ancient village, of longobard origins. Very beautiful to visit the narrow streets of the historical center; Leaving from the villa, briefly it is possible to reach the San Giacomo thermal bath (10 km) or the very beautiful beaches of Adriatico. In the neighbourhood it is possible to practise riding, the flight free with deltaplane or parapendio etc.Our villa is equipped with 5 rooms: 1 double and 4 matrimonial, with the possibility of adding 2/4.

Merveilleuses vacances !

FRANÇAIS La maison est absolument identique Ă  la description : grande, confortable et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e pour les activitĂ©s sportives comme culinaires !! IdĂ©alement placĂ©e, nous avons pu profiter du bord de mer, accessible en seulement une petite heure, comme des randonnĂ©es dans les monts sibillins voisins. La vue est magnifique, la piscine immense... Mais surtout, la gentillesse et l’acceuil de Michele et de ses parents a dĂ©passĂ© toutes nos espĂ©rances et attentes : c’est bien simple, je n’ai jamais vu un tel sens de l’hospitalitĂ© ! Entre le dĂ©pannage de la voiture, les supers conseils touristiques de Michele, et les paniers de lĂ©gumes de son papa fraĂźchement rĂ©coltĂ©s et gentiment dĂ©posĂ©s, nous nous sommes sentis choyĂ©s comme des princes pour deux semaines de vacances de rĂȘve. Enfin, si vous ne connaissez pas les Marches, n’hĂ©sitez plus, foncez !!! La rĂ©gion est magnifique, nettement moins envahie de touristes que sa cĂ©lĂšbre voisine Toscane et tout aussi agrĂ©able ! ITALIANO La casa Ăš assolutamente identica alla descrizione: grande, comoda e molto ben attrezzata per attivite sportive come culinare !! Situata in posizione ideale, siamo stati in grado di godersi il mare, accessibile in appena un'ora, come escursioni nei vicini Monti Sibillini. La vista Ăš bellissima, la piscina grandissima ... Ma soprattutto, la gentilezza e l'accoglienza di Michele e dei suoi genitori hanno superato tutte le nostre speranze e aspettative: Ăš molto semplice, non ho mai visto un tale senso di ospitalitĂ ! Tra l’aiuto per la rottura della macchina, i preciosi consigli turistici di Michele e le ceste di verdura appena raccolte e ben confezionate del papĂ , ci siamo sentiti viziati come principi per una vacanza da sogno di due settimane. Infine, se non conosci le Marche, non esitare, provaci !!! La regione Ăš bellissima, molto meno affollata di turisti rispetto alla sua famosa vicina Toscana e altrettanto bella!

Tranquil Escape with Stunning Views and Exceptional Hospitality!

Our group of friends stayed at a beautiful house near Gualdo, perfect for both relaxing and working. The house was very well-kept, thanks to the owner and the host, who was always ready to help, answer questions, and restock items if needed. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner made in the fully stocked kitchen, then dined outside on the patio with a stunning view of the hills in Le Marche. The house is just 6 minutes from a market, and nearby, Scarlett’s Bar at the gas station was a fun spot for lunch, espresso, and even dance parties. This place is a real gem for anyone wanting to escape busy life. The hills and driveway are steep, which is common in this part of Italy. With five of us working online, we found good spots for Wi-Fi, and it worked well. The host, Michele, and his mother were incredibly kind and helpful, providing excellent care and making us feel like we were in a 5-star home. We can’t wait to come back!

Einer der besten Aufenthalte, den wir je hatten - wenn nicht der beste!

Von Anfang bis Ende war der Urlaub in La Pieve großartig. Die Kommunikation mit Michele war perfekt: Schnell, freundlich, flexibel. Das Haus ist super: Die Zimmer gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet , die Matratzen bequem, vier BĂ€der vorhanden, eine top ausgestattete KĂŒche, alles super sauber, der Pool sauber und gepflegt, eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit grandioser Aussicht, die sowohl vor Sonne als auch vor Regen schĂŒtzt, ein Billardtisch, den wir ausgiebig genutzt haben, ebenso den Kicker. In der nĂ€heren Umgebung kann man viele AusflĂŒge machen. Die Gegend ist wunderschön. Und wie bereits erwĂ€hnt der Vermieter, der einfach ein großartiger, ĂŒberaus hilfsbereiter und freundlicher Mensch ist. Danke, Michele, fĂŒr diesen wunderbaren Urlaub!

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at La Pieve. We were 2 families, 4 adults and 6 teens (age 13-17) The house is great, lots of space. Well equipped kitchen, with lots of bigs pans, serving dishes etc making it easy to cater for a large group. The pool, hammocks and large garden means there is space for everyone. There is a small supermarket 3 mins away , with other, larger ones within 20 mins. Michele is so helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. He cleans the pool every few days. He is always happy to answer questions and give advice. He helped us book restaurant reservations. We would love to return another year.

Fantastic experience !

We spent the week from July 27th to August 3rd in this villa with 7 people and had a great time. Michele was a great host who gave us lots of tips and quickly provided us with anything that we asked for (including a helmet for my daughter to go horse-riding). While it was a bit far from anywhere the location, villa, swimming pool and other amenities, like the pool table, table football and ping-pong table etc, were great and used a LOT :) As it was equipped with a complete and professional kitchen and BBQ we could cook whatever we wanted. So all in all a fantastic experience in a great and very well equipped villa. Very much recommended !

Tolle Aussicht - Schönes Haus - Top Gastgeber

Wir haben zu Zehnt tolle 2 Wochen in der Villa verbracht. Fantastischer Panoramablick von der ĂŒberdachten Terrasse aus. Großer Pool, den Michele regelmĂ€ĂŸig gesĂ€ubert hat, vielen Dank dafĂŒr und deine mehrfache UnterstĂŒtzung, um die deutschen EM-Spiele sehen zu können. Gastro-KĂŒche (großer KĂŒhlschrank, großer Gefrierschrank, Gasherd & Steakgriller, etc) fĂŒr kochende Gruppe sehr geeignet, wenn auch keine gleichen Tassen/GlĂ€ser fĂŒr alle vorhanden waren. Auch den Outdoor-Grillplatz haben wir gut nutzen können, wie auch Tischtennis, Kicker und Billiard. In manchen Zimmern waren Ablage- und Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten spĂ€rlich. Insgesamt ein sehr tolles Haus mit einem wunderbaren Gastgeber. Grazie Michele

Perfekte Unterkunft fĂŒr einen entspannten Urlaub in Italien. Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von Freunden dort und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Der Pool ist perfekt und bietet je nach Tageszeit immer auch schattige PlĂ€tze. Hervorzuheben ist auch die professionell ausgestattete KĂŒche inkl. jeweils großem KĂŒhl- und Gefrierschrank. Der Gastgeber ist super freundlich und die Kommunikation mit ihm verlief problemlos.

A wonderful stay

We had a wonderful time at the villa. Everything was great and Michele was a perfect host. The villa is perfect for families and the kitchen great for cooking for the family. The pool was amazing and both kids and adults enjoyed it. The terrace was great for eating together and enjoying the beautiful view. We will probably be back😊

Es war eine so wunderschöne Zeit.. Die gesamte Familie war begeistert. Jeder hatte paarweise sein einzelnes Zimmer mit Bad.. der Pool war super schön und notwendig..bei dieser Hitze 😄 Die Gegend und die Aussicht wahren ein Traum... A perfect place to rest & recover - but also to dive into real Italy

A very helpful and friendly owner, commited but also not invasive, gives you the possibility to have a very relaxing time in front of the impressive Monti Sibillini. The 'Villa La Pieve' is a very solid house with a professional kitchen (could it be .. was it dedicated to be a restaurant once .. ?) and enough space for us (7 persons) inside and for sure outside ;-)

A place to have a relaxed vacation

My husband and I had a fantastic time at Villa la Pieve. We were only two so of course we had an abundance of space and we really enjoyed the quiet sunset dinners on the patio. But when you stay there with your large family there is still enough room to avoid each other when needed. Michele helped us to rent e-bikes at a shop in Sarnano for the time of our stay and we used those a lot. Michele is always approachable and gives you the feeling that he would try to help you with every issue you can think of. The kitchen is functional and equipped with everything you usually need. We really can recommend this place.

Wir haben hier als Familie (Altersgruppe 15 - 79) wunderschöne Tage verbracht. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse und vom Pool ist atemberaubend. Das Haus liegt in Alleinlage total ruhig. Der Garten und Poolbereich ist sehr gepflegt. Zur Unterhaltung gibt es eine Tischtennisplatte und einen Billardtisch, fĂŒr kleinere Kinder ein Trampolin. FĂŒr Hobbyköche gibt es eine professionelle KĂŒche. Das Haus selber ist im lĂ€ndlichen Stil eingerichtet. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt. Unser Gastgeber Michele ist sehr bemĂŒht und fĂŒrsorglich und hat uns wunderbar betreut. Alles in allem ein perfekter Urlaub.

Top Villa in ruhiger Gegend

Die Villa ist wie beschrieben, es gibt genĂŒgend Platz fĂŒr alle, die Lage ist ein Traum, der nĂ€chste Nachbar ein gutes StĂŒck entfernt. Wir waren mit unseren Hunden dort, da das GrundstĂŒck nicht eingezĂ€unt ist, haben wir kurzerhand einen Schafzaun mitgenommen, den wir auch ohne Probleme stellen konnten, so das auch die Vierbeiner den Garten richtig genossen haben. Das nĂ€chste Dorf ist nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt da kann man alles bekommen was man zum Leben braucht. Michele ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber den man zu jeder Tag und Nachtzeit kontaktieren kann, er hat uns gute Tipps gegeben was Ausflugsziele angeht, egal fĂŒr welches Wetter. Wenn er könnte wĂŒrde er einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen ablesen. Es war eine sehr schöne entspannte Zeit mit der ganzen Familie. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder. Da kann man richtig Urlaub machen.

A fantastic holiday in a beautiful country

We were a party of ten - six adults, two teens and two young children. The villa was perfect for us, wonderful location, excellent pool and facilities. Our host Michele was incredibly helpful, providing a potty for the toddler and fans for each bedroom as it was very hot when we stayed. Overall we had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this accommodation. We were only sad we had to leave after a week.

Sehr schöner Familienurlaub

Ruhiges Anwesen mit wunderschönen Aussicht un viel Spielmöglichkeiten, Pool, Tischtennis, Billiard, Tischkicker. Michele der EigentĂŒmer ist immer erreichbar und gibt viele Tips.

September 2021

We hebben een heerlijke tijd met onze volwassen kinderen gehad. Groot huis voorzien van alle gemakken.professionele keuken. We kwamen vooral om te wandelen in de fantastische omgeving. Het enige wat we gemist hebben waren makkelijke relax stoelen buiten om na een lange wandeling weer bij te komen. De eigenaar gaat hier mee aan de slag. Over een auto beschikken is een vereiste. Toen wij er waren was de bakker op vakantie, volgende mogelijkheid 20 minuten verderop. De grote vriezer geeft mogelijkheden om wat voorraad in te slaan. Het huis ligt bij een rustig dorpje.

Tolles alleinstehendes Haus

Das Haus hat einen sensationellen Blick auf die Berge. Zum Spielen fĂŒr die Kinder (und fĂŒr Erwachsene) sind das Haus und das riesige GrundstĂŒck bestens ausgestattet. Der Vermieter Michele ist super hilfsbereit und hat uns gute Restaurants in der NĂ€he empfohlen.

Vacation in the Marche - Italy. Pure relaxation

We had a wonderful vacation in a - for us - completely unknown area. So we were very grateful for the many tips Michele, the landlord, had for us. The house is incredibly clean, tidy and above all incredibly lovingly renovated and furnished. Since there were only four of us, we had an incredible amount of space. Also the outside area is huge with phenomenal views. The kids were so excited about the big pool that most of the time they didn't want to leave. The surroundings are very impressive and diverse. For excursions it is useful to have a car with you. We used it again and again and made some nice trips. What impressed us most was the friendliness of the people, this includes Michele as well! Thank you very much for the wonderful time and hopefully see you soon!
