房間衛生差極

本人定了12月16日入住定了6間房已經註明要遠離卡啦ok 房，但當日比的房間就是卡啦ok房的下層嘈吵極，酒店話我定的房價是這層樓那為何不回覆我那我可以選擇更改房價。及我們的房間電水煲竟然有一大煲菊花麥芽之類物品在，水龍頭花洒不能插，浴室起晒黑邊，毛巾酶酶黑，滿地塵。 服務台員工好好，但衛生很差。酒店位置是好的放便。

결재완료 상태로 갔는데 현금으로 결재를 다시할건지 물어봐서 난감했어요 프론트직원은 영어는 잘 알아듣지 못하네요 위치는 보행자거리 입구에서 안쪽으로 200M 끝에위치 찿아가기가 어려움 지하철역 멀어요 번화가라 저녁에 엄청시끄러워요

I cannot stress how bad my experience was

The first night we arrived, the front desk couldn't find my reservation. I showed them my Expedia receipt and all in all took 30 minutes. Once we got to the room, it was hot and smelled really awful. The smell was coming from the bathroom; i thought nothing of it the first night but to close the door. In the morning, as soon as you open the bathroom door, you feel like puking, it smells extremely bad. I asked to have my room switched, but since it was all "full". They sprayed a scent in the bathroom. Didn't last at all and mixing the smell, smelled even worst. 4 Nights at this hotel, i had to deal with the bathroom smell. Also if you booked a "non-smoking room", tough luck because theres no such thing in this hotel. All room is smoking allowed according to the front desk. Theres an ash tray in my room and it have cigarettes smell. I personally would NEVER recommend this hotel at all, my friend who was traveling with me also had a terrible experience. Your clothes will have a cigarette smell.

LA FOTOGRAFÍA QUE APARECE DEL HOTEL NO ES NADA FIABLE. EN LA RECEPCIÓN PRACTICAMENTE NO SABEN HABLAR INGLÉS. NO HAY CAFETERÍA. NO HAY NEVERA EN LAS HABITACIONES. EL BAÑO ES BASTANTE ANTIGUO Y NO ESTÁ PREPARADO, YA QUE LA PILETA DEL LAVAVO ESTÁ INCLINADA HACIA DELANTE, SE CAE EL AGUA Y EN LA DUCHA, SALE TODA EL AGUA POR FUERA. HAY CUCARACHAS.

旅遊網說明不足

因為親友住在附近，第二次經旅遊網上預訂房間，每次入住時酒店職員都説網上預訂的都是11樓，12樓是KTV, 晚上會很嘈吵，跟著遊說補錢轉下幾層的房。為什麼旅遊網不能先説明，每當去到才知道，有一種被屈的感覺。

Один-два сотрудника говорят на английском,но персонал приветлив. Очень холодно в номере. В первый день "выдали" талон на завтрак в МакДональдсе, через три недели (на обратном пути) заселился на тех же условиях оплаты, но уже без какого-либо завтрака. Спасибо за трехнедельную сохранность чемодана.

1) 房間很細，隔音不好，整晚聽到鄰房小孩哭鬧。但尚算清潔齊整。 2) 洗手間，竟然沒有吹風機!! 不方便 3) 地點尚算方便，附近很多公交車到市中心。 搭公交車2個站就可轉地鐵。 4) 鄰近民居，周圍有很多食店。遊人都是一家大小為主。社區治安感覺不錯。 5)這個價錢有這樣質素算不錯

Nice for night shopping

It was nice overall except for the last night stay when the electricity went off in the middle of the night(around 2.30am) and every time the technician tries to turn on the supply, the TV turns on automatically, the lights in the room turns on automatically. I could not go back to sleep after all that happened. But recommended if you enjoy shopping and busy streets.

My Canton Fair Hotel.

I would recommend this hotel for bussiness and for Family. On our first night the aircon was just only blowing hot air and it was very hot in the room, notified reception and was fixed the next day.The room had a muffy smell so we bought a can of fragrance at the supermarket across the road and sprayed the room. Ater that,the housefeeper got a shock, I bet it was the best room in the hotel. The room was spacious, bathroom clean, beds could be softer,window with view, free internet, Lan cable connection, but no safe in room, ask reception for safekeeping documents etc Difficult to make conversation with staff, englist very limited, but persevere if you want something. 7/11store, ATM, Big Mac are very close.Disco on top floor, 2 restaurants in hotel seving chinese only, did not eat there,, Mc Donald on ground floor.Many shops aruond. Very evening when you step out the hotel you are surrounded with markets and weekends electric dodge car circuit for kids. The hotel had a complementory bus service to the Canton Fair. From airport, take Airport Express 4 to hotel cost usd $ 3.00 ,get off at the first stop, Then walk west 200m , go right over the walkway, walk straiight another 200m, there is hotel. Small bus 479 outside hotel takes you too and from Metro for usd $0.35. too far to walk. Tip- carry small 1,5,10 RMD for Metro & bus.or buy the Yang Cheng Tong card. I will definetly go back as everything is near and I felt very secure.

他の方のレビューを見てこのホテルに決めたのですが、思ったほどではありませんでした。12月初旬に宿泊しましたが、広州とはいえすでに寒くなり始めている時期なのに、暖気が出ない空調で、シャワーの温度も低く、フロントで伝えましたが、5泊中4泊目にして、やっと、暖気機能のない部屋であることを説明して、暖気機能のある部屋を提供してくれまし。それまで3日間はお風呂上りは寒くてセーターを着てベッドに入って過ごさなければなりませんでした。始めにフロントで対応した人は二人は、言い訳を言うばかりで一言も詫びる様子はありませんでした。フロントの対応にとても不満を感じました。また、リネン類の交換は2日に1回で、部屋でお茶を飲む為のコップはホテルは自ら1度も交換する様子はありませんでした。催促して交換してくれたコップは茶渋で茶色く染まっていて使う気になれず、紙コップを買ってきて対処しました。部屋の広さや雰囲気は満足しています。広州には今後も半年に1度行く予定ですが、次はこちらに泊まりたいとは思いません。

VERY MUCH DISSAPOINTED

THE HOTEL LOCATION IS IN VERY CROWDED AREA AND EVERY NIGHT AROUND THE HOTEL THERE EXISTS A NIGHT MARKET AND YOU CANNOT WALK IF YOU WANT TO GO OUT OR COME. HOTEL STAFF DO NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH AT ALL WHICH GIVES A LOT OF PROBLEM TO THE VISITOR. NO FACILITY IS PROVIDED FOR ANY SERVICE IF REQUIRED EVEN TO GET A PRINT OUT OF EMAIL. HOUSE KEEPING IS VERY POOR. WILL COMMENT NOT TO SUGGEST THIS HOTEL TO ANY VISITOR VISITING FROM ABROAD.
