Construction in front of hotel

Could not get into hotel easily and luggage got all muddy and dirty in the process of entering the hotel.

Reservation mix up

Booked via Hotels.com and paid for reservation in January 2018. Arrived in April 2018 and the hotel didn’t have our reservation. After more then half hour (no one speaks decent English) they gave us a room and wanted $80CAN deposit. Upon check out, a different request $80CAN payment as well. We didn’t pay and told them to check with Hotels.com as we fully paid 3 months in advance.
