The house is a two-story modern style of exposed concrete, located at approx. 25 m from the beach, composed as follows:
Downstairs we have a backyard with two hammocks, a small table with six chairs, a large garden with barbecue, garage with space for four cars, a warehouse and a space to the rooms of the home, that composes two bedrooms, a kitchen, two bathrooms a small living room (this space also contains a laundry sink, a six pack and an outdoor area with clothes line available for use).
The second floor consists of a living room with three sofas, a coffee table, a 32 inch TV, a dining room with a table seating six. The top of the house also features an American-style kitchen (combined with the living room) and a hallway with a bathroom, three bedrooms, one suite. ie dormitory conjunction with bathroom.
All rooms include ceiling fans.
