Close to the airport

The location was great. It as within walking distance to the airport. Primarily for this reason I will use the hotel again. There was a problem with the electrical outlet that serviced the tv and a lamp.

Great Stay, Great Service, Great experience

It was a great, albeit brief experience. The service was excellent. Global Hotel picked me up at the airport and woke me up and took me back for my connecting flight. Overall, the hotel and service are top-notch.

Helpful staff, very close to airport, yet quiet

Overall a good experience with helpful staff and convenience in relation to La Aurora Guatemala City Airport. Internet worked well plus English channel on TV (in addition to Soanish language channels). Secured location, generally quiet. Cautionary note: no hot water seemed to be used in the kitchen for dishwashing, raising health risks. Shower hot water was anemic (luke warm at best).

Very close to airport about 5 min walk, very safe hotel. Clean, friendly staff even speaks English, small food items available 24/7 rooms are good for price. Overall recommend for price!

Christian is really professional and friendly. GREAT communication, met me at 1am and let me in no problem. I just booked another stay on my return to Guatemala City. Super happy with this find near the Airport. However, would not walk from the airport, Uber is best.

The owner was fantastic, friendly and helpful. Very affordable and within walking distance to the airport (5-10 min). Can also Uber for like 1usd

The staff was amazing. It was my first time in Guatemala City and we're very helpful with tips information about the area. Located a few hundred meters from the airport. The room was very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with food. I highly recommend this

the owner is very friendly and helpful, he met us outside the property to let us in, he gave us ideas about food and drinks as we arrived late in the evening. The room was small but perfect for just the night as we had an early morning flight.

Hola primera vez que ago reservación en este hotel , todo bien cuando se llego a ser el check , todo bien durante el día , en la noche gente en el lobby platicando cómo tipo 11:30pm de la noche , y no dejaban dormir asta que se fueron a si cuarto o se retiraron del hotel, como a las 3 am de la mañana una mujer entró a mi cuarto y está tomada no tenia buenas vista para ser una mujer que anda a esa horas de la noche y sólo ha riendo puertas yo dormida y me dio un susto cundo mire la cara de la mujer está en mi puerta de mi cuarto cuando mi cuarto tenía llave no se cómo entro a mi cuarto eso fue lo que no me gusto de este hotel no tiene nadien en el lobby las 24hr no ahí control del personal que dentra y sale del hotel . Todo lo demás está bien los cuartos , cosina , patio .
