Finca Vinco with heateble Pool

Dream finca only 5 minutes drive from Alcala. This holiday home is located on a hill in the middle of banana plantations. With a terrace on which you have the feeling of being on a balcony facing the sea. Absolute privacy is guaranteed in the huge pool area, the view of the Atlantic and the neighbouring island of La Gomera is breathtaking. On request and with an extra charge of 15 €/day, the pool can even be heated. Both those seeking peace and quiet and families with small children will find relaxation here, as the smallest of the family will find plenty of space to play on the enormous finca. Three shaded parking spaces are also available for our guests. The beach promenade of Alcala with its small sandy bays and natural seawater swimming pools is worth a visit, both for sunbathing and for long evening walks. The 120m2 is divided into a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen, both with access to the pool area. The master bedroom with private shower room and the two other bedrooms, each with two single beds, offer enough space for 6 people. A further shower room is located in the living area. An outdoor barbecue provides additional recreational enjoyment and sunsets behind La Gomera.

Parties, other celebrations and access by strangers (not foreseen in the reservation) is not allowed. Noise disturbance of the neighbours is to be avoided after 22.00 hrs.

Groups of travellers under 25 years of age are not allowed.
