I received a parking ticket/fee for £170.00 despite registering my car registration with reception on arrival and parking in a disabled parking bay. With a valid Disabled Badge.

Poor bathroom

Staff were great. Breakfast was lovely. Pool was great, our room, the bedroom part was fine but dusty under beds, bathroom was awful, toilet wouldn’t flush properly and very tired looking. Looked dirty, marks all over the tiles, cold feeling, needs updated badly. I have reported this to the front desk

Hotel could do with a freshen up. Bathroom was a bit tired but room was spacious. Staff were all great. Breakfast choice a bit limited but ok. Restaurant food very good. £5 per day parking for an out of town hotel is not even close to acceptable.

Holiday inn guildford

Lovely clean big room ,cleaners emptied bins ,replaced refreshments ,towels etc ,good service ,would be nice to have plugs next to bed ,also passed onto reception that the guttering outside was over flowing during the rain and this was very noisey ( room 135 ,guildford) was quiet apart from that ,pool and jacuzzi very nice ,clean showers and changing rooms ,was a bit confused why all loungers around pool had reserved signs on them ? Surely whoever is in the pool should be able to use them ,all staff very friendly and helpful
