Property renovated like a 5 star hotel. Room is well appointed. Front desk staff and breakfast staff all very friendly and helpful. The only problem is the evening dining staff are not trained at all to serve western cuisine. Ruined my evening.

Very good location indeed, has good view at the roof restaurant. the breakfast has many options. However, the toiletries didn't top up on time, at the 1st day staying, the toiletries drawer was almost empty. The room is big enough but the lights is too dim.

The hotel is located next to the river Li & Elephant Trunk Hill. Very good view from the rooftop of the hotel. Very friendly staff and good breakfast

Room with a View
Posted Apr. 8, 2018 on HotelsOur room faced the river and had beautiful views, especially at night, of the adjacent elephant hill area. The breakfast was great and was served overlooking the same beautiful area. We stayed here in March and our room was too warm as the air conditioning system was not available for the season. The windows did not open so we were unable to cool off the room. Other than that this hotel is really nice.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Room size is big, and the room is clean. Good view. Convenient location to the city, shopping streets, with a lot of delicious restaurants around.
