Cruising the Coast & Festival/Holiday Weekends

We can only provide 2 parking permits per unit - strictly enforced. No trailers, RV's, over-sized vehicles that can't fit in a normal sized parking space.

For Cruising the Coast we have additional over-flow parking available next door which can be reserved in advance.

‱ Max occupancy of 7 is for all ages including children and infants (strictly enforced).

‱ Parking passes are for regular sized vehicles only; we can not accommodate over sized vehicles or trailers at this time, up to 2 permits.

‱ After you have a confirmed booking, we will need you to electronically sign a rental agreement and required HOA docs. We also require a copy of driver's license.

‱ Cable TV is not available in the building. All TVs are smart or have Roku devices and antenna are provided for local broadcast; streaming passwords are not.

‱ Surveillance cameras are present in al common areas of the building not limited to the lobby, breezeways, elevators, gym, pools, parking lot, etc.

Very spacious!

We were down for a wedding and decided to make a weekend of it. The condo was very spacious and had enough tvs to suit us all. Everything was decorated beautifully and was very clean.

The condo was even better than advertised. The attendant at the front desk called us by name as soon as we walked in, explained procedures and helped us get oriented. The condo was very clean and offered everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well equipped and TVs offered a variety of programs. The views from both the deck and the living area were beautiful. It was very quiet and peaceful, the grounds well-maintained and we appreciated the security. The management company went out of their way to be helpful, and we look forward to returning again in the near future.

Long weekend away

We enjoyed our stay in room 606! It had everything that we needed. Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and the pool and hot tub was relaxing. Would definitely stay here in the future.

Family vacation

End of summer trip with our adult children, their spouses and a new 3 month old grandson! We were able to enjoy the pool with him in the shallow beach end and we had plenty of room to spread out in our condo (his parents brought every baby item with them!). Enjoyed the facility and felt very safe too.

Beautiful view!

We arrived earlier than planned but we contacted the host and he allowed us to check in early. The property was beautiful, with easy access to the beach. Beautiful view of sunrise and sunset from the balcony. Very clean and well-maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only negative was there was not any starter coffee, which was not a major problem just something to be aware of. We will definitely book again if we come back to Gulfport!

The Good Bad and the Ugly

Good: Clean, well organized condo. The check in process was great and well explaind by the security guard on duty. Wrist bands were issued at no cost for the pool and other common areas. Special parking was allowed for my over length vehicle. We left at 4:00 am and there were two security guards checking the inside and parking lot. Very secure property. Great access to the casinos if you gamble. Great local restaurants. Bad: Lots of road noise from the road below. Kitchen items were a little sparse. Master bath was missing the soap and shampoo bottles and the rack for them. Pool was nice and clean but cold. The beach and areas across the road were very clean and appealing but the water and beach lacket the waves and depth of the areas further east in Alabama and Florida, Poor for surf fishing. Ugly: The TV situation was minimal. We managed to get Hulu in the master bedroom but the TV in The main area would not work or accept commands. I'm sure with another week of college I could have figured it out but thats not what I want to do on vacation. No local programming. I'm sure this was in the fine print of the contract but was surprised three days before we arrived a $500.00 pending was added to our credit card for damages I guess. Four days after we left the pending was still on the card so had to get with the property management and ask them to remove it from my card. They stated that all that was automatic and the charge would have been removed automatically in five days.

Gulfport/Biloxi is my favorite gulf coast destination: no high rises blocking the view, public beach access, great local restaurants.
