3 BEDROOM, 3 BATHROOM

This beautiful condominium overlooks the white sandy beaches of The Gulf of Mexico. Located on the 3rd floor of the Legacy 1 Tower, this professionally furnished 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condominium offers 1852 Sq. Ft. of living area.

The Living Room is equipped with a 50” flat screen TV, with access to a huge balcony overlooking the 2 beautiful pools.

The Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed, a 42' TV with basic cable and a DVD player, a huge private bathroom with a garden tub, a separate shower, a double vanity with granite tops and a large walk-in closet.

The second Bedroom has 2 Queen Size Beds, a 35' Flat Screen TV with basic cable and a DVD player.

The third bedroom has 2 Double Size Beds, a 35" flat screen TV, with basic cable and a DVD player.

The kitchen is equipped with the top of the line appliances, granite counter tops and is fully furnished for the gourmet cook.

The dining room has a table that seats six as well as a breakfast bar that seats two. Also included is a mini wet bar. The utility room has a full size washer & dryer for your convenience.

This unit comes with a fully furnished 227 Sq. Ft. balcony as well as a separate kitchen balcony that offers a breath taking view of the Gulf of Mexico. The unit comes with 2 parking passes. One is an assigned parking spot in the covered parking garage which brings a convenience, as well as another parking spot for the Common Area.


Just ten minutes from the Gulfport Regional Airport. Close to deep-sea fishing, the Mississippi Coast Coliseum: convention center, casinos, and only about an hour from New Orleans.

Access to 2 outdoor pools and 1 indoor heated pool.

This condo is a Dream! Just beautiful. We had everything we needed once we open the door. from kitchen essentials to all 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms.Everything looks just as advertised. It was 8 ladies enjoying this condo. Mr. Kenny was Amazing very accomadating making sure access to the property was a breeze. I reached out upon arrival with a few questions He responded quickly.This place is close to Everything! shopping, Beach, restaurants and more. Great location, easy to get to Biloxi or Gulfport. The condo was clean and a great fit for our group of 9 (2 families). The kids loved having the pool and the beach was a quick walk- just wish there was a crosswalk closer. The balcony view was awesome. Over all a fun visit.

Fabulous Family Experience

We decided to take a quick trip over spring break last minute. What a blessing to find this gem! Great location - beach across the street, marina is a quick trip, and many restaurants are within a short drive. The Legacy has many amenities. The condo was clean, well stocked, and family friendly. Kenny was so quick to respond and could not have been more helpful. I would recommend this listing to anyone looking for a carefree vacation in Gulfport.

Kenny was very easy to work with and made the entire process stress free! The condo was VERY clean and had everything needed to relax and enjoy ourselves.
