"Schneller und freundlicher Check-in. Immer eine freundliche Auskunft bei Fragen. Parkplätze mit Lademöglichkeiten für E Fahrzeuge vorhanden. Frühstücksbuffet mit einer guten Auswahl. Zimmer sind sauber, WLAN ist vorhanden. Zum Stadtzentrum sind es nur fünf Minuten Fußweg. "

"Lovely hotel, great room. The noise from the trains was pretty loud with the windows open! With the "kitchen" we expected a couple of burner stovetop for cooking, not just a microwave."

"I did not like the fact that there was no staff on site. They advertised that breakfast is on site but I never saw it and there was never front desk staff present. I could not use my phone to call internationally and there was no phone on site for guests. Everything is closed on Sunday so there were no food options on Sunday. I booked two rooms but they only provided check in code for one room initially. I had to get someone to help me call the hotel staff to explain I needed the second code. The towels were not clean and we had no one to ask as we checked in on Sunday. Housekeeping was nice but she did not speak English or German so we were not able to ask her any questions. If you do not have transportation, this may not be a good location as there is not much close by. "
