1. Malta International Airport (MLA)
• Distance: ~10 km
• By Uber/Taxi: Approximately 15 minutes; fares range from €12–€20
• By Bus: The Airport Direct bus (TD3) links the airport directly to Gzira, stopping steps away from the penthouse. Takes approximately 40-60 minutes, with a fare of around €3.

2. Valletta
• Distance: ~4.5 km by road
• By Taxi: Around 15 minutes; fare €10 - €15
• By Bus: Routes 13, 14, 15, 16, 21, 22, 24 operate between Gzira and Valletta, taking around 15-20 minutes and costing €2.5.
• By Ferry: Ferries depart every 30 minutes from Sliema Ferries (a 10-minute walk from the penthouse), with a journey time of 15 minutes

3. Nearest Beach (Rocky)
• Stone Beach: ~1km from the property, within a 10-minute walk

4. Mdina
• Distance: ~11 km
• By Taxi: Approximately 20 minutes, costing around €13 - €20
• By Bus: Requires taking a bus to Valletta, and connecting to Mdina via bus 52, 53, or 56, with journey times of ~50 minutes

5. Mellieha (Ghadira) Bay
• Distance: ~20 km
• By Taxi: ~30 minutes; fare €20 - €25
• By Bus: Direct buses X300 and 222 take approximately an hour.

6. Marsaxlokk
• Distance: ~11.5 km
• By Taxi: ~20 minutes; fare ~€15
• By Bus: Services connect Sliema to Marsaxlokk via Valletta, totaling around an hour. Consider bus routes TD10, 81, and 85 when in Valletta.

6. Mgarr (Gozo)
• Distance: ~30 km
• By Taxi: Take a 45 minute drive to cirkewwa harbour (fare €25 - €30), then take the Gozo Channel ferry (another 25 minutes, including a fare of around €4.65).
• By Bus: Take the X300 or the 222 connecting Gzira/Sliema directly to Cirkewwa, taking around an hour. Once at the ferry terminal, take the Gozo channel ferry as above.
• By Fast Ferry: Make your way to Valletta by bus, uber or ferry. Once there, head to the Gozo Fast Ferry terminus on the other side of the city, and take a fast ferry to Mgarr for one-way fee of €7.5 (duration: 45 minutes).
