The boutique hotel is conveniently located, within walking distance to shops, and a train station is nearby. The front of the hotel faces a square that does not allow for vehicles, only pedestrians and bicyclists. One would have to walk about 5 minutes to the back of the train station to catch an Uber or taxi ride, dragging luggage along the way. The hotel is a bit dated, but otherwise clean. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is adequate.

Spotlessly clean. The room was fantastic. Although had some hefalumps staying on my floor and must has left their rooms om average 72 times a night with their big feet and door slamming.

Friendly Haarlem hotel

The hotel had a lovely atmosphere, friendly and relaxed. We arrived too early to check in but were able to leave our luggage safely. Our room had everything we needed. The fridge was useful as we stayed during a spell of hot weather, as was the air conditioning. The bathroom had a large shower. Breakfast was in the lovely airy front room. Nice fruit salad, yogurt, hot options. Limited cereal choice. Staff were about all the time to replenish breakfast items, serve at the bar, and for any advice. All very friendly. Also the hotel is very convenient for the station, buses and bike hire.

Great place to stay just across the square from the station. So easy and quick to get into Amsterdam or just have a wander around Haarlem which my teen boys and I actually preferred to Amsterdam!

Great Hotel

Great hotel and very central for train station and to all other amenities. Polite and helpful staff with excellent service. Room spotlessly clean with very comfortable bed and super quiet. Would definitely return and recommend!

Hotel is located 20 min from downtown Amsterdam, hotel has parking so we rented a vehicle and were able to commute easy between Harlem and Amsterdam

Convenient for the train station in Haarlem but if you are staying ask for a room high up and away from the street. I booked at short notice for one night because my flight was cancelled and ended up on the first floor overlooking the square which was very noisy. Had I been staying for more than one night I would have asked to move.
