Very quiet and staff was very helpful showing me how I can use the facilities computer. 7-13

The hotel facility is new. Plus point. However, when we entered the room, aircon was spoilt. We were given a different room but the door’s latch was broken. Felt so unsafe in room. Also wifi was down for 2 days! So disappointed since this is a new hotel. Also reception area is understaffed. Always 1 staff only on duty. Called reception no answer a couple of times. Had to go downstairs to ask them questions in person. So inconvenient. We were not told there are no toiletries in room. Reception didnt inform us that we can request for toiletries n such if we need it. Think frontline staff needs to be trained well to serve guests. Wont recommend this hotel unless businessman who needs to attend meetings nearby building within hotel area for convenience.

No Wi-Fi.
Posted Sep. 27, 2023 on HotelsCheck in good. No Wi-Fi during stay. Said IT had gone home. 3pm to 4am next day, no Wi-Fi. Also bar only opens at 9pm

Nice hotel. Not great for transport.
Shower a bit weak.
Wifi system a bit unreliable - phone came on and off connection often. Frustrating.
