I was very happy and pleased with how clean and nice everything was people were very nice and helpful. I also liked and appreciated that your hotel doesn’t allow any pets bc my son is extremely allergic and I was able to stay there feeling safe and calm. You are also 1 out of 2 hotels near the go kart track that don’t allow pets so please keep that. Thank you so much!

We had a wonderful visit, the hotel is great and location was perfect. My only complaint is the height of the toilets in the rooms. For anyone with knee problems it’s extremely difficult to use as they are.

Property was fine. Reservation was a mess. Expedia cancelled my reservation at the hotel. I had dinner delivered for when I arrived at the hotel and it went cold because I waited for over an hour for Expedia to figure it out. Finally the hotel lady gave me a room. My dinner was cold. My son was hungry and tired and was extremely inconvenienced. I’m still waiting for a return phone call from Expedia and as of now 7:40 Pm Sunday evening haven’t received one.

Great stay

This hotel is located in a perfect area close to restaurants and to the highway. Very quiet, clean and welcoming staff. We had a perfect saty and nothing to complain about. We recommand this hotel.

I’d like to start with a positive that the staff was beyond wonderful about the situation, and I know it isn’t their fault that things aren’t updated on Expedia. The photos are not how the hotel looks now. I booked a room that previously had a jet tub - that is the only reason I chose this hotel. showed up for check in to find out those rooms don’t exist any more. When I contacted someone higher up I was told “it’s better to book through the hotel directly so the hotel staff are able to make changes easier” but that was not the point. there was no change to be made because what I wanted, what was advertised here, was no longer available.
